Welcome to Life Like You Mean It Education! I’m Lisa Gustafsson, and I am a qualified teacher with 11 years experience in Science and Biology education. I work with children from year 7 through to and including A Level.
My goal is to empower my students to discover their strengths and build their confidence. I take the time to understand the best ways my students learn, providing them the opportunity to explore their learning style in my lessons.
In doing this, not only do those students learn more easily, retaining the information they have learned, but they gain insight into their strengths which they can use in their future endeavours.
Six years ago, I left the classroom to work with students on a more 1:1 basis as I recognised the limitation I was experiencing in meeting their learning needs in large classrooms. Since 2018 I have been educating and tutoring students online, either in small groups of up to 8, or individually.
I have experience with AQA, OCR, and Edexcel exam boards, as well as with GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level and IAL programs.
