I offer online private tuition (one-to-one) for children and adults aged 10 and above (year 7 through year 13). This includes key stage 3 (years 7, 8 & 9), and GCSE or IGCSE science (biology, chemistry, and physics).
I also offer AS and A-Level (including IAL) biology private tuition.
How Private Tuition Works
These lessons take place over Zoom (free service for students) and include the use of Classkick (students do not require an account, but instead will follow a link I send during the lesson).
The organisational tool used is Google Classroom. This is where I will upload homework, lesson resources, further study materials and/or links, and the recordings of our sessions. All of this is only accessible to you (parent/carer) and the student.
This is also where I will leave any important messages or update, and where students can upload their completed homework and/or assessments.
What’s Included
Individual needs can by met through private tuition. This often includes a combination of content and exam preparation, including exam technique.
Past paper questions will feature heavily in most cases, as will discussions of concepts, including applying our knowledge to real-life examples.
Any homework is given, will always be marked together so specific feedback can be given directly.
Lesson fees are dependent on the level of study:
