This class is taught across two days, for 4-5 hours per day, totalling 9 hours of training, and includes a student handbook. In this class you will learn:

• The origin story and Reiki principles
• Reiki hand positions for treating yourself and others
• Feeling your own energy
• How to feel the energy of others
• Protecting your energy
• Gassho meditation
• Kenyoku (dry bathing or clearing ones energy field)

This course is available both online and in-person (East Hendred, Oxfordshire, England). The next scheduled classes are:

Online: Saturday, Februar11th & Sunday February 12th, 2023 from 4:00-8:30pm GMT (zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email).

In-Person: Saturday, March 4th, 2023 from 10am-6pm in East Hendred, England (address provided via email as we get closer to the class date).
